In November 2019 we moved into our new house knowing that it was a ‘project’ but not really grasping the magnitude of the building work.

Having worked with Avanti Building Contractors on a small project at our previous house we were keen to work with them again – having seen other building projects (not ours) take significantly longer, have serious building flaws and go wildly over budget – we knew we could trust Mark and the team to deliver our dream.

Work began in February 2020 – a project much bigger than we had originally thought. However, Mark and his building team worked through every issue, made suggestions and we have ended up with a much better outcome then we had expected or hoped for.

At every stage, the Avanti building team were polite, conscientious and efficient – nothing was too much trouble for them.

Despite all the additional works, we finished on time and within the agreed budget and despite all the works going on during Covid Lockdown – an amazing outcome.
