Avanti (SW) Ltd are building contractors in Wiltshire, was registered in 2003 by Mark Herbert.
Mark – director of Avanti (SW) Ltd Building Contractors, has an extensive history in the building trade dating back to his teen years having been brought up within the building trade and boasts more than 40 years experience!
Over the years, and hundreds of successful projects later, Avanti (SW) Ltd have an experienced and reliable team of sub-contractors that we work alongside on a regular basis.

If required, we at Avanti Builders will project manage your entire build project, as your main builder, to employ and manage subcontractors including electricians, plumbers, floor layers, landscapers, etc. meaning you don’t have to engage with a large number of different parties. This will make your whole build project run smoothly and within budget.

Avanti (SW) Ltd have dealt with the commercial building sector for many years, finding and building solutions for expanding companies.
We also provide the service of renovation of commercial properties that can include the upgrade of offices, refurbishment of rest rooms and canteen areas etc. With the ever increasing restrictions and controls on Health and Safety, we are often asked to refurbish properties in order that they are in line with all current legislations.
From the larger projects of new buildings and refurbishments, we are offer smaller maintenance works that may be required to a) improve the properties or b) again to maintain ever changing compliance in the workplace.
